Harriette joined the law firm of Inch Hammond as an associate after completing her articles with the firm.  Harriette has acted on a range of corporate and commercial matters, including business formation and organization, purchase and sale of businesses, loan transactions, and other corporate restructurings.  Harriette has also been involved in the effective resolution of a number of commercial disputes and has appeared before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice and Small Claims Court.

Harriette received her J.D. from Osgoode Hall Law School where she was the recipient of the Barry D. Torno Memorial Prize in intellectual property law.  Prior to studying law, Harriette graduated magna cum laude from York University with a Bachelor of Arts, majoring in Political Science and Communication Studies.
