Nataliia is an associate lawyer at Inch Hammond, practicing predominantly corporate and commercial law.
Prior to returning to the firm as an associate, during her articles with Inch Hammond Nataliia gained experience in the wide range of business-related legal matters including corporate structuring, insolvency, banking, secured transactions and contracts. Nataliia also assisted clients with a number of issues concerning charities and not-for-profit corporations.
Nataliia received her J.D. from the University of Windsor. While at the University of Windsor, she worked as a research assistant for the Income Taxation and Business Law courses. Before attending law school in Canada, Nataliia obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in civil law from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, Ukraine, where she also interned with the Ukrainian office of a renowned international business law firm.
This diverse legal experience affords Nataliia a unique opportunity to appreciate, understand and reconcile the benefits and challenges of two distinct legal systems and ability to advise clients with international interests.
