Sharon practises law with Inch Hammond Professional Corporation.  Her practice covers the broad spectrum of employment, labour, human rights and human resource matters.  She has appeared before private and public sector arbitration and labour relations boards, administrative tribunals and the courts.  She provides legal representation and counsel in unjust dismissal, labour relations, pension, human rights, workers’ compensation, employment standards, and occupational health and safety matters.  She has advocated on behalf of employees and retirees in the restructuring of a major Hamilton company. Sharon represents employees, employers and unions.
